Flight request

This is a flight for a teenager that suffers with Cystic Fibrosis and needs to attend his ongoing treatment in Germany. It is really important that he continues to attend his treatment in Germany as his needs cannot be met in Romania. We cannot afford a private charter flight and would be really grateful for any help. The request is not for myself but my girlfriends family member. I can provide more information and it doesn't have to be Sibiu. Thanks
